What we store

Discord user and server IDs; Roblox user IDs and usernames you link; purchase and delivery history; reviews you leave; and store settings. Store owners' API keys (Roblox, PayPal, Stripe) are stored encrypted. We never see or store card or PayPal login details.

Why

Only to run the service: delivering purchases, preventing duplicate purchases and fraud, showing stores their sales, and answering support requests.

Sharing

A store can see the orders placed with it and the Roblox and Discord accounts that placed them. Vendora does not sell data or use it for advertising. Data is shared with Roblox, Discord, PayPal or Stripe only as needed to provide the service.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while you use the service. Use /account → Unlink to remove a Roblox link, or contact support to delete your data. Order records may be kept where stores need them for their own records or the law requires it.

Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 13, and in-game purchases are disabled for players Roblox does not allow to be directed to Discord.
